 Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab

Spinach Peas Potatoes Paneer Green chili Basic spices

Boil & Prep Veggies

Boil spinach, peas, and potatoes till soft; cool and drain well.

Step 1

Make the Kabab Dough

Blend spinach-pea mix and combine with mashed potato, paneer, and spices.

Step 2

Shape the Kababs

Shape the mixture into round or oval kababs using greased palms.

Step 3

Pan-Fry the Kababs

Shallow-fry kababs on medium flame until golden on both sides.

Step 4

Serve & Enjoy

Serve hot with mint chutney or dip of your choice — delicious and healthy!
