Boiled potatoes Coconut Crushed peanuts Green chilies Coriander Raisins Sendha namak (rock salt) Ghee or oil
Mix grated coconut, peanuts, green chilies, coriander, raisins, and salt. This adds a burst of flavor inside every pattice!
Mash boiled potatoes with salt. Take a portion, flatten it, add filling, and seal into a round or oval shape.
Shallow fry the pattices in ghee or oil on medium heat until both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve hot with vrat-friendly green chutney or curd. Ideal for Navratri, Ekadashi, or any fasting day!
