  • 1 Small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Small carrot, grated (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs (oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Butter or oil (for frying)
  • Water (for sealing the edges)

Prepare the Stuffing

  • In a bowl, first, mix the grated cheese, chopped onion, bell pepper, carrot, red chili flakes, mixed herbs, and salt. Next, make sure to combine the ingredients well, so every bite is flavorful. Then, you’ll have a tasty filling ready to use!

Prepare the Bread

  • Trim the edges of each slice of bread.
  • By using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slices until they become pliable and easy to roll.

Fill and Roll

  • First, take a flattened bread slice and then place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center. After that, make sure it’s centered so it’s easy to roll up. Finally, you’re ready to fold the bread around the filling!
  • Roll the bread around the filling and seal the edges by applying a little water.
