Ingredients

  • 1-2 Ripe Mangoes
  • 1 Cup Chilled Milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon Sugar or Honey
  • 1 Ice Cream (optional)
  • ½ Cups Ice Cubes (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom (optional)
  • A Pinch of Saffron

Instructions

Prepare the Mangoes:

  • First, wash the mangoes thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
  • Next, peel the skin off each mango using a knife or vegetable peeler for a smooth texture.
  • Then, cut the mangoes around the pit and chop the flesh into small cubes. You should end up with about 1.5-2 cups of delicious mango pulp.

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Start by adding the chopped mango pulp, sugar (to taste), and ice cubes (optional) into a blender.
  • Next, pour in the chilled milk, and if you're using ice cream, add it at this stage for extra creaminess.
  • For an extra flavor boost, you can optionally add a pinch of cardamom powder.
  • Then, blend everything together until smooth and creamy. If you find the shake too thick, feel free to add a little more milk to reach your perfect consistency.

Taste & Adjust:

  • Once you've blended everything, give your milkshake a taste. If you'd like it sweeter, simply add more sugar and blend again.
  • If the milkshake is too thick for your liking, just add a little more milk or a few ice cubes, then blend again until it’s just right.

Serve:

  • Next, pour the mango milkshake into glasses—this recipe makes about 2 servings.
  • For an extra decorative touch, you can optionally garnish with small pieces of fresh mango or a sprinkle of cardamom powder on top.

Enjoy:

  • Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for the ultimate experience.
  • Additionally, you can pair it with a side of chilled water or enjoy it alongside a light snack for a well-rounded treat.
